The ADC value you are reporting seems too high. Please make sure that you
specify the correct b-value (in the first data input window) and the check
box of "consider b-value" in clicked (after you click "tensor calculation"
button).

If you didn't specify one of these, the calculation is based on b = 1. If
you use b=1,000, you have to divide the value by 1,000 to get the correct
unit (mm^2/s).

DTI-Studio Fiber Statistic option?
 ADC Map - Mean
        Max. of ImgVal:   4.2198
        Min. of ImgVal:   0.1643
        Mean of ImgVal:   0.9090
        Std. of ImgVal:   0.3467
