As Hangyi said, it should work. We are using DtiStudio for mouse/rat data
from Bruker scanners. This is for DTI calculation.

You also mentioned about segmentation and alignment. Could you elaborate
more about the segmentation and alignment you want to do? Do you want to do
atlas based segmentation?

I would like to use mristudio on dti data from a rodent brain.  Will this
work,  or are there strong assumptions about segmentation and allignment
of human brains that will prevent it from working? Do you think it will
work?
