Hi Priti,

That's correct. Landmarker and RoiEditor is desigend to perform the atlas-based quantification. When you download them, they come with several versions of white matter altases we developed recently. The best way to learn them is to come to one of our tutorials, but please don't hesitate to ask questions here in this forum.
