Dear MriStudio/MriCloud registered users;

Thank you for using our software. As many of you have already noticed (and
actually used), we introduced a beta version of a new and fully automated
cloud service, MriCloud, a year ago.

Currently, the automated image analysis service, called BrainGPS, includes
following four services;

>T1-based full brain segmentation: based on a multi-atlas segmentation
algorithm, brains are segmented to 283 structures (Version 9 atlases).
> DTI-based white matter segmentation: based on a multi-atlas segmentation
algorithm, brains are segmented to 168 structures
> resting-state fMRI analysis: based on T1-segmentation results,
connectivity between cortical regions is automatically analyzed
> ASL analysis: based on T1-segmentation results, ASL data is automatically
segmented and region-specific quantification is performed.

Over the past year, our pipelines are getting matured but we were recently
notified by users about several bugs. I would like to forward my sincere
apology and encourage all of you to find if you are affected by these bugs.
If you are not sure, we are happy to rerun your data. So, please do not
hesitate to contact us at smori1 at jhmi.edu.

I attached a detailed bug report and please carefully go over the contents.

We would like to continue to improve this new platform and your feedback is
highly appreciated.

Sincerely,

Susumu Mori
