<div dir="ltr">Hi Benjamin,<div><br></div><div>DtiStudio assumes that the data are directly from scanners. They are usually DICOM files or vendor-specific formats such as Philips REC or Siemens Mosaic. To read original DTI data (e.g. b0 and DWIs), we do not recommend to use third-party file formats such as Analyze (hdr/img) or Nifty because they mean the data already went through another program (not directly from MR scanners). For DTI data processing, there are so many parameters and we can easily make mistakes; some important parameters could be missing and consistency can be easily lost while the data went through multiple programs. So, we can't guarantee the validity of data. This is why we support only the data directly from scanners.</div>

I will be very happy if anyone could please help or suggests which<br>
online materials I could read, I have watched the video mristudio<br>
website, but it does not seem to help.<br>
