<div dir="ltr">Before you run LDDMM, you first have to do linear registration using AIR.<div>At this point, if you use one of our atlases, your images are automatically resampled to 171x217x171 / 1x1x1mm matrix.</div><div>
This step is not absolutely necessary, depending on how you want to do the normalization, but LDDMM does require your images to have isotropic resolution.</div></div><div class="gmail_extra"><br><br><div class="gmail_quote">

When I was doing nonlinear normalization (FA+b0 dual contrast LDDMM), two groups of data, byte-FA and byte-b0 of thetemplate as well as intensitycorrection-updated-byte-FA and updated-byte-b0 of one subject were filled in the mutliplechannel windows. But the system warned that "the subject images should be isotropic images". Would you please tell me what dose it mean and what was wrong with my work.<br>
