<div dir="ltr">Hi,<div> </div><div>I have a dataset of DTI images of patients and have been using the structural ROI criteria from "<a href="http://www.loni.ucla.edu/~narr/protocol.php?q=dti_af">http://www.loni.ucla.edu/~narr/protocol.php?q=dti_af</a>" These instructions have led to very messy ROIs that do not resemble the ROIs in the instructions. Also, when I go to re-load the ROI's DTI studio says that they do not match the image parameters -- even though they were drawn from the same image as the ROI being loaded. </div>
