Dear all,<br><div class="gmail_quote"><div><br></div><div>I have two images acquired at slightly different FOV on the same subject. I open them with DTIstudio and the proportions are not good. Looks like one is shrinking too much:</div>

<div><br></div><div><br></div><div><br></div><div><b>And here for the right:</b><br></div><div><br></div><div><img src="cid:ii_13c025da99161015" alt="Immagine in linea 3"><br></div><div><div>Parameters from scanner</div>

. Max. number of slices/locations : 66</div><div>. Scan resolution (x, y) : 112 112</div><div>. FOV (ap,fh,rl) [mm] : 228.571 132.000 256.000</div></div><div><br></div><div>
Both images have a final resolution of 128x128, confirmed by the "recon resolution (x y)" parameter in the PAR file.</div><div><br></div><div>Any idea why the proportions do not correspond in DTIstudio? They are correct only if I set FOV 256x256 for both.</div>
