<div>HI Supreet, <br> <br>If you say your data is in REC format, you need to convert these files to the Nifti format (.nii.gz). <br>This can be easily done with some softwares. <br>I recommend MRI cron. You can download it for free. Drag all files to the directory dcm2niigui and you will have the conversion. <br>
