Hello,<br><br>We're relatively new to DTI-Studio and were wondering: Would anyone happen to have a protocol to be able to do the following?<br><br>We'd like, using DTI-Studio, to:<br><br>1. Define two ROIs in each individual subject's FA map<br>
2. Run fiber tracking / tractography so we can find the fiber tracts that intersect both ROIs<br>3. Extract these fibers for each individual, then load these into MATLAB for group statistics...<br><br>Just wondering if this is even feasible to do.<br>
