Hi all,<br><br>We know that the manual is the weakest link of DtiStudio / MriStudio.<br><br>You can find a manual here (v. 2.10.6, sorry years old) at <a href="https://www.mristudio.org/wiki/user_manual">https://www.mristudio.org/wiki/user_manual</a>.<br>
<br>In this page, there is also an online manual, but it is based on this *.doc file. This is for DtiStudio.<br>For DiffeoMap and RoiEditor, there is only the web manuals, which you can also find in the same site.<br><br>
