I have data sets having reduced field of view compared to template in the Landmarker.<br>I simply used linear AIR for space normalization.<br><br>Translation and non-linear AIR seems not available for data of different dimensions from the template.<br>
<br><br>Q1. I wonder what other restrictions in the space normalization or transformation by using Landmarker.<br><br>Q2. After transformation, I would like to do fiber tracking in DTI Studio. What steps should I go through?<br>
I tried to use "Fiber Tracking" in DTI Studio main menu, however it asked to load "*.ani" file and "*.vec" file.<br> Those files were not generated at all from the normalization.<br>
I have updated FA, eigenvalue, tensor and AlignlinearOuptut.air. <br><br>Thanks in advance.<br><br>-SC<br><br>
