Dear all:

I am grateful for all your help.

I try the following:
First,I use mricro to save GE DICOMs to the FSL(4D Nifti nii).After eddy correction, I use mricro to save the *.nifti-gz as the dual files (.hdr/.img), and then load them into DTI Studio as Analyze format.It works in the MRI view3D module.

Then, in the MRI view3D module, I convert analyze to raw format. So I select all(B0+15 directions) files in the "Image you have " window to "raw data" format. Then click "DTI Mapping", check "Raw files", the error bar hints "Numbers of files in this fold is less than expected:(Img_Slices*Img_Blocks)... "

I wonder whether we should save only one volume every time?Or I make any other mistake?

On Tue, Dec 16, 2008 at 12:27 AM, Hangyi Jiang <hjiang@jhmi.edu> wrote:

Hi.

If I use the AIR module to do eddy correction, It always crashes! So I
turn
to FlAIR module in FSL. If It means I can't use DTIStudio anymore in the
follow-up produces?Is there any method to load NIfTi data in DTI Mapping
module?

Which software can convert the NIfTi data into Raw or NRRD
format?Please
let me know..

Thanks a lot!
