if so, using this command or button "Fiber tracking(FACT)" will start a same routine for fiber tracking.<br><br>"File->Fiber Tracking" command is designed when you do fiber tracking in the first begining, while "FACT" is used when you want to do it again with different parameters.<br>

I can't see the difference between two things. what can I do to solve the<br>problems?<br><br>The processes I used<br>1. Loading FA and vector map and generate color map<br>2. In Fiber tab, draw ROI tracts. (selected, show fibers on 2D images,<br>
ROI-Drawing Enable, Multiple-View of ROI)<br>3. save maps in two ways. 1)ROI-Operation save (Binary maps)<br> 2)using save button next to the Fiber<br>tracking(FACT)<br>4. Fiber tracking(FACT) button<br>
