am working on the brain tumor project. I applied linear and non-linear
normalization process using the template provided by landmarker. The result
looks good. The brain was well aligned. I saved the transformation
matrix and used it to the generated fibers (corticospinal tract). However, the
fiber become very thin and the location was a little bit shifted after
the normalization process. Does anybody have such kind of
problem?</SPAN></FONT><o:p></o:p></P>
