Hi Xin,
I have existing deformation maps from registration of anatomic images 
but I would like to co-register the diffusion tensor image using 
Diffeomap and the built in tensor reorientation.  Is it possible to use 
a raw file containing the (x,y,z) displacement vector for each voxel, 
calculated using a different tool, to co-register DTI data?
