[Mristudio-users] Import Segmentation as ROI

Dear all,

I am using ITK-Snap to segment brain blood vessels, then I need to export
this voxel data as (voxel location) just to know the structure and import
it in finite element software.

Since I couldn't do it with ITK-Snap I am wondering if I can just import
the segmentation I already did there into MRI/DTI studio and then export
the voxel information?
