The funciton "Save Image as" save slices as .bmp files. You can use the "copy" function to save the slice as .png file in another app.

When you right click a slice in one view, you can choose "copy". Then you can paste this slice in another app, for example, "Paint". In Paint, you can save this slice as .png file.

When you right click on a slice in one view, you can choose "Save Image as..." and then choose "whole 3D-volume". All the slices will be saved as bmp files in sagittal, axial or coronal orientation.

Dear all,

Is there a way to save select single slices in ROIeditor as .PNG and in high resolution. I tried to right click on the image and save it but the resolution is bad. I also wanted to expand one view (like only sagittal or axial .. etc) but I couldn't do it.

Your help in the following is highly appreciated.
