[Mristudio-users] Question regarding computing metric distance after LDDMM

Hello,

I have a question regarding computing amount of deformation needed for
group normalization for which a geodesic metric, d, is calculated in Zhang
et al., 2014 (Neuroimage). Is there a way I could compute this metric and
also average displacement vector (Zhang et al., 2014) directly from
Diffeomap? If no, I would highly appreciate a way to compute such
measurements?
