You should use Kimap.vtk to transform your subject images.

Hmap gives the transformation vector at each voxel. Kimap gives the reverse transformation vector at each voxel.

You used cascading LDDMM with three alpha values. The 001, 002, and 003 map is the transformation at each step. Kimap.vtk is the overall Kimap.

Subject: [Mristudio-users] How to use LDDMM Transformation

Hi, DTI experts,

I tried to use LDDMM to do the transformation these days. After downloading the results from remote server, there are 8 .vtk files. Their names are Hmap.vtk? Hmap_001.vtk?Hmap_002.vtk?Hmap_003.vtk? Kimap.vtk,?Kimap_001.vtk?Kimap_002.vtk and Kimap_003.vtk respectively.

I want to know what these .vtk files represent? and which file should I choose to apply lddmm transformation?

best,
Eric Chen
