[Mristudio-users] Tensor .d file

Hi Nicholas, *.d file is a simple concatenation of raw 3D matrices in the
order of Dxx, Dyy, Dzz, Dxy, Dxz, Dyz.

When you import data from third-party software, please be careful about the
matrix order, coordinate, and radiology/neurology conventions. We guarantee
correct image orientations only when the raw DICOM data are loaded directly
from scanners.
