In the result folder, there is a txt file "LocalAddress.txt". It gives the locations of the template and the subject images on your local disk. You can use this file to identiy your lddmm job.

Subject: [Mristudio-users] LDDMM Email and Md5 String Problem

Hi, DTI expert

I have come across some trouble using LDDMM...

I tried to use single channel LDDMM to do registration...Following the user manual, I loaded the template and target image,
completed the parameter setting(with my registered email and Alpha), clicked "OK". These images and parameters
would be sent to Remote Server, after the sending process finished, the software would give me hint on that...
Then my email can receive two emails(One was "Status: ICM Single Processing" and another "Status:
 Complete" with the
same Md5 String)....The problem I got was I have to do a lot(>= 10) single channel LDDMM processing, normally five minutes after
I got the hint info I can receive the first email, and one hour later I can receive the second email..I always wait five minutes to get Md5 String
then do the next sending to avoid the Md5 String get mixed up...But today after I sending the images, after one hour I still haven't got the first
email, to avoid the mixture of Md5 String, I cannot do the next sending, and also I received an email with "Status:
 Complete", but I didn't
receive email having "Status: ICM Single
 Processing" with this Md5 String...
I am a Chinese user, I am not sure if it was the network problem. Except that, what kind of problem may happen?
And I have some ideas on how to avoid the mixture problem.. 1. After the sending process finished, can the hint information(the
sending has finished) contains the Md5 string?
 2. Can two emails with "Status: ICM Single Processing" and "Status:
 Complete" include
the sending time, I can infer which Md5 string correspond with my sending images(I can record the time when hint information appears)
Or is there already any good ways to avoid the mixture problem, if there is, I want your reply back..

best regard
