[Mristudio-users] How to use the output matrix of Affine registration from DiffeoMap

The first 3 rows is the 3x3 rotation matrix. The last row is the translation vector.

Dear experts,

     I am using DiffeoMap for 3D registration. I have done markers-based affine registration with satisfying result. But I cannot understant the meaning of the output matrix which is 4x3 array. Could you tell me some details on this matrix? Or how to use the matrix to do affine transformation?
