Dear Mori,
Thank you for your reply very much, and I got the analyze format of ICBM_DTI_81_FA.
But I still wonder how can I use it as the template in the Voxel-Based Analysis by SPM software. I have used the “Normalise (Est & Wri)” for registration. Chose a subject FA image as "source image" and "images to write", and ICBM_DTI_81_FA as the "template image". I have no idea whether it is appropriate. Could you give me some suggestion please?
Looking forward to you.
Best,
ypf

The file format is a raw matrix.
In RoiEditor, you ca load the images from "Atlas Sample Images" in the top bar menu.
Then, you can save the data using the "save" icon in the right upper section. Here you can choose "Analyze".

Dear mristudio experts,
I have downloaded the software ROIEditor, and got the images which I want, such as ICBM_DTI_81_FA and ICBM_DTI_81_WMPM.
I intended to use the image ICBM_DTI_81_FA to be the template when I normalize other patients' FA maps in the VBA process by SPM. But I need an analyze format file for all FA maps. I wonder what format is of ICBM_DTI_81_FA . Can I use it as the template in the registration step of Voxel-based Analysis and Tract-based Spatial Statistic?
Looking forward to your help. Thank you.
Best,
ypf
