[Mristudio-users] DtiStudio cannot open Analyze file after processing using ITK

 Hi, experts

       
       I have used the ITK to do some processing on the Analyze format data.  Before processing, the Analyze format image data can be open by DtiStudio, after using ITK doing some processing, and the itk::ImageFileWriter to save the image as .hdr/img data, DtiStudio cannot open the image data, and shows "Unrecognized Analyze Header File".  But using Slicer and VV(http://www.creatis.insa-lyon.fr/rio/vv/) can open the data, how can I save the ITK processed data to be opened by DtiStudio?
