Hi, Dear experts

I'm also trying the same procedure as Shaimaa does. I have obtained the warpped atlas into our subject space. In ROIeditor, I saved the ROI objects I needed as "Binary maps". But after I loaded it by clicking "load" icon in ROI-operation box of fiber tab in DTIstudio, I cannot perform the "AND" or "OR" operation. Could you pls tell me why?

Huiyan

You can find the structure of your interest in the object list at the lower right corner.
Then, right click the structure in the list -> statistics gives you the number your want.

Hi experts,

Thank you for this learning opportunity. I have one question regarding Roi editor program. After doing linear normalization in diffeomap and wrapping WM map into my data in Roi editor, i found many Rois. How can i select only Rois which i am interested in eg. Post limb of int capsule, genu of corpus callisum and the portion of cingulate gyrus above the genu and omitting the remaining unwanted ROIs.

Thank you again for your concern
Shaimaa
