[Mristudio-users] Calculation of mode of anisotropy

Dear all,

Anyone knows how to calculate "mode of anisotropy"? It is based on Ennis
and Kindlmann (2006)
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/16342267

It is a measure output by dtifit in fsl but I am using DTIstudio. Any
formula with eigenvalues (lamda) or tensors Dxx, Dyy, Dzz would be welcome.
