[Mristudio-users] Artefacts around brainstem

Dear All,

I face 2 probelms in my DTI data acquired on philips 3T scanner (32
dir, 2 averages, SENSE factor 2.5) using 32-channel head coils-
1. Artefacts around brainstem
2. Flattening on pons

I am using TE value of minimum selected by scanner + 5ms i.e. around 80ms.
