Yes I m familiar with MATLAB. But I want to create AIR (using DTI Studio)
images and save it to analyze format.
Also, want to save ADC, FA and color map generated using DTI Studio
facilities.

For this purpose, I want to create batch or automate  these tasks.
Could you suggest me for the same?
