Hello Mark
I was trying to read varian generated fdf files using the matlab code you
generously provided, unfortunately, it comes up with error saying, " too
many files to open". It works fine in reading when I have 14 directions and
20 slices. It does not work when I do 30 directions and 23 slices. (390
images) .
Any suggestions
Thanks
Ned

Hi Mark
Thanks for providing code. Wondering that which ftp server did you upload?
Can I have a link?
Thanks
Ned

I have just uploaded the Matlab p-code for converting Varian "fdf" data into
a DTIstudio compatible format. It's in a folder named "New Folder" on the
ftp server (it wouldn't let me change the name). Open the data using the
"Philips REC" option. Hope this helps all you Varian users out there.
Best,
Mark
