[Mristudio-users] DTI on T1 registration

Sounds good, but we don't acquire T2.

I tried playing around with FA, but didn't work initially. Perhaps
segmenting the T1 into grey and white matter and using only the white
matter to coregister with FA may work somehow. that should work with AIR
non linear as well, would be curious is someone ever tried it.

About rigid only, the proportions of the brain are different between DTI
and T1, so without some affine it really can't do much.
