RESUBMITTING WITHOUT ATTACHMENT

Dear developers

I did a single channel LDDMM on a subject at two thresholds: 0.005 and
0.004. The stronger threshold produced unexpectedly poorer morphing. For
example, look at the callosum below, the 0.005 brings it near to the
correct shape, while the 0.004 still has the native shape. Is there a
reason for this or is there a mistake in the LDDMM algorithm?
