[Mristudio-users] Pre-compiled makeaheader, alignlinear and align_warp

  Hola,

  Te contesto en español, mi inglés es pésimo.

  Ayer reinstalé algunos softwares, entre ellos DtiStudio, Diffeomap, 
Roi Studio, por tanto pasé por lo mismo.

  Debes generar los siguientes ejecutables: makeaheader.exe, 
alignlinear.exe, align_warp.exe y invert_air.exe

  y pegarlos en tu directorio "DiffeoMap" o en donde hayas extraído todo 
lo referente al software.

  Para generar esos ejecutables debes seguir las instrucciones que están 
en uno de los enlaces (un .pdf), esto se

  reduce a modificar un par de archivos (de extensión .h) y luego crear 
una biblioteca estática (por ej: libsrc.a)

  luego, y usando esta biblioteca, podrás compilar los archivos 
makeaheader.c, alignlinear.c, etc para convertirlos

  en makeaheader.exe, alignlinear.exe, etc.

  Si necesitas más detalles sobre los pasos no dudes en escribir.
