[Mristudio-users] ROI sequence in the binary map

Hi,

I have a question about the ROI sequence in the binary map loaded in DTI
Studio. Is the first ROI has to be an "OR" ROI? I have five ROIs, one "OR",
three "AND", one "NOT". It seems that if I put "OR" ROI at different place
in the binary map (e.g., be the first one or second one), the fiber results
are different. This is really confusing to me.
