[Mristudio-users] How does DTI-Studio fit tensors?

Hello,

When fitting tensors, does DTI-Studio do any averaging or weighting with
neighboring voxels?  Or rejection of outlier DWIs?  I noticed that
unlike FSL's dtifit it does not produce any fractional anisotropies > 1,
but I would like to know what it is doing to enforce that.
