[Mristudio-users] Question from new user on finding transverse pontine fibers

Hello Im a new user

I'm still figuring out how to use the program but will be using DTI
studio to measure the transverse pontine fibers. I was told these will
show up in red, is this always the case by default? Just trying to
figure out the best place to measure these fibers to get consistently
reproducible results. Thank you very much.
