I can think of two ways.

1) you can average the 6b0s and create one b0. Then the file size of the
two datasets will be the same.
2) combine the two datasets into one file. You will get 6b0 + 60 direction
+ 1 b0 + 60 direction all in one file. Then your gradient table also needs
to follow this order. You can combine them by loading all data into one
DtiStudio window, select all 127 images for saving.
