It seems that you didn't specify b-value so that DtiStudio used the default
(= 1)?
The unit depends on the unit of the b-value you use. If you used s/mm^2,
then, it should be s/mm^2.

Also please be careful, the trace value in DtiStudio is 3 x ADC (or 3x MD).
