[Mristudio-users] tracts from one ROI to another

Hi all,

We are using DTIstudio to perform tractography our subjects. We have the
whole brain tracts, but I was wondering how we can identify tracts from a
source ROI to a target ROI. Our ROIs are masks in nifti format.
