I mean the mean fiber ( mean of all the fibers, something similar to the skeleton in TBSS ).

Hi Madhura,

The actual information of reconstructed fibers are fiber coordinates. By
saying "mean", do you mean population-averaged fiber coordinates? Or means
of pixel properties (e.g. FA, MD, etc) of the fibers?
