[Mristudio-users] About loaded ROI into my Anatomy Image

As SC suggested, I would recommend to look into the Atlas-based
segmentation.
We have some papers by Oishi et al (for anatomical study) and Zhang Y et al
(for tractography). Using DiffeoMap and RoiEditor, you can do the
atlas-driven automated brain segmentation.
