[Mristudio-users] a question about applying the AIR and LDDMM transformations

Hello everyone,

When I apply an AIR transformation matrix or a LDDMM transformation matrix (e.g. 
a Hmap.vtk) on a "subject" image in diffeomap, what kind of information is used 
from the "template" image ? Is this only the size of the template image used ?
