Hi Darren,

are you referring to ROIs in DtiStudio? For image quantification, RoiEditor
is better for ROI management and ROI-based image analysis. It can create
multiple 3D ROIs with different colors.

If you are interested in ROIs for fiber tracking, please refer to FAQ16 in
https://www.mristudio.org/wiki/faq. Here, you can learn how to use the
"BinaryMapping" format, with which RoiEditor and DtiStudio can seamlessly
communicate.
