Thanks for your reply.

One question about the I->S in Philips scanners.
I heard of that in Philips system +Z direction is S->I.
I wonder if I am correct on this.

If that so, +X = R->L, +Y = A->P, +Z = S->I in Philips scanners.
A bit deviation from LPS system regarding +z direction.
