The MRI Studio mailing list is using the 'GNU mailman' software.

There are many features that you may not be aware of including
how to automatically the digest messages and unsubscribe to the
mailing list without posting to the group.

If you know your username and password, you may modify your
settings at:

   https://lists.mristudio.org/mailman/options/mristudio-users

If you do not know your password, send an email message to:

   TO: mristudio-users-request at mristudio.org
   SUBJECT: password

This will return an email with your password and you may then make
changes to your settings.

If you want to make other changes via email, the help option provides the
instructions. To get all the help information, the email should look
like:

   TO: mristudio-users-request at mristudio.org
   SUBJECT: help

   TO: mristudio-users-request at mristudio.org
   SUBJECT: set help
