[Mristudio-users] Eddy current and motion corrected data set

Dear All,
 
I am wondering how to get dti data (all B0 and DW images) after eddy current and motion correction steps or in fact the images which are in same space as FA or other DTI metrics in DTI studio. I need these images in order to register them with anatomical datasets.
