As i know, the gradient table must be normalization.such as:   (x)^2+(y)^2+(z)^2 == 1 but your gradient table doesn't satisfy this condition.i am not sure if there is any problem in your table. and senmens trio's Dicom file saved as mosaic format, so when you choose the data format you should paid attention to choose the right format. and you should ask semens's engineer to check your gradient talbe.
