[Mristudio-users] Why some part of images dispeared after registed with AIR?

Hi Shiliang,

If you see that the first and the last slices of images are cut away, that
is the proof that the images went through image registration.
If there is slight rotation involved in image registration, there is
through-slice image interpolation. This works except for the first and the
last slices, which do not have slices beneath or above it. Consequently, the
part of the slice is occupied by empty pixels. Does it make sense?

Once you use b0 - DWI image registration to reduce subjection motion, it is
likely that you have to throw away these two slices.
