[Mristudio-users] minimum fiber length

Hi all!
On the article of Jiang at all, 2006(DtiStudio:Resource program for
diffusion tensor computation and fiber bundle tracking) is written that
there is a minimum fiber length testing that is performed on the fiber
chain to remove tracts shorter than a user-defined threshold. But I
haven't seen where the user have to specify this value. Can someone
explain me this thing? Using my DTI sequences always happens that the
minimum length is 7 pixels. Why?
