Hi 
Can any body give me an optimum DTI 3T Siemens sequence sothat I can implement in our scanner in Liverpool University.

I'm not sure if I understood your question, but yes, if you define an object (ROI), all the pixels inside it are grouped to generate statistics. That's the point of drawing ROIs, right? You also have an option to export the pixel values to generate a histogram.
